These Terms govern your use of Review, a private client-approval workspace operated by Petrichor Labs. By signing in or using a review room, you agree to these Terms.
What Review does
Review lets an authorized operator share project materials, invite assigned reviewers, collect comments and change requests, and record a final approval. An approval records a decision in the workspace; it is not a contract signature, legal advice, media-rights clearance, or a guarantee that a campaign will perform.
Accounts and access
You authenticate through ConsentKeys. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in session private and for using only review links intended for you. Access is assigned per project. Do not forward private project content or invite links to people who are not authorized to see it.
Client materials
The project operator is responsible for the accuracy, rights, permissions, prices, claims, destinations, and launch readiness of materials submitted for review. You may use project materials only for the review purpose authorized by the operator. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, confidential third-party, or malicious content.
Review decisions
Comments and approvals are attributed to the ConsentKeys identity that made them and may be retained as an audit record. A project operator may reopen a revision and publish a new one. You should request changes when something blocks approval; do not treat an approval as confirmation of facts you have not reviewed.
Acceptable use
You may not probe or bypass project access controls, share credentials, attempt to discover another client’s projects, interfere with the service, or use Review to distribute malware, spam, harassment, or unlawful material.
Availability and changes
Review is provided as a hosted service and may change, be interrupted, or be retired. We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Ownership
Each party keeps ownership of its content. Petrichor Labs owns Review and its underlying software, branding, and service materials. You grant Petrichor Labs only the limited rights needed to host, secure, display, and process content for the review workflow.
Disclaimer and liability
Review is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petrichor Labs is not responsible for business decisions, campaign outcomes, lost opportunities, or content that an operator or reviewer submits or approves. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
